1. Private Treaty

The person offering the highest bid is declared the purchaser.

3. For Sale by Private Bid

When a property is offered For Sale by this method it is advertised with a price range.  Prospective buyers are asked to register their interest by filling in a private bid form.  With bids closing at a specified date and time.  

Once you consider a particular bid, our consultants will advise all the bidders about the situation and invite them to confirm or increase their offer.  Upon providing the opportunity to all the prospective buyers, all the registered bids are passed onto you for your consideration.
